Refund policy

If you are having any issues with our products, please contact us through vipphilcustoms@gmail.com or through DM on Instagram at @vip.phil. We want to ensure we give you the best service possible and may be able to guide you through your problem.

However, if you are unhappy with your order, we can issue you a refund as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

the item will need to be returned before a refund can be issued. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The refund will be to the cost of the item only and will not include the delivery charge. This may take 3-5 working days to come through.

Exchanges

If you order the wrong size or type of product, we can organise an exchange. Please contact us and we will send you the address to return your item. The product must remain in the condition it was bought. We will then arrange for the delivery of your new product.
